Prepaid return shipping from the UK?

Hey, I need to ship some important documents to an embassy in London since the country I need a visa for doesn't have an embassy here in Finland. Anyway I need to include a prepaid self addressed envelope for them to mail me back. I would prefer to do it with a company where I am able to track the letter both ways. Has anyone ever done something like this? I tried looking on posti's webpage as well as DHL and TNT but didn't really find the information there. I think posti would probably be cheapest and most likely easiest since they have offices everywhere. But dunno if they offer that kind of return service. But what do you guys recommend and do you know the costs etc.? I know I could call there or just go visit but I thought I'd ask here first

DHL used to have Visapak service, though it is a bit expensive.

Cool thanks, I think I'll go with these guys. I looked all over their pages but didn't find this. I guess having the flu and using my brain don't go hang in hand
