software testing job (telecom) + work permit

Hi

I am looking for any telecom software testing job.
I have worked upon many telagecom technologies like IMS,WIMAX,SS7,SIP,DIAMETER,VOIP,Softswitch
I have also a good idea of scripting language and programming language

I want to settle down there in finland
Please suggest me about any job.

Also tell me one thing can i get residance permit or work permit before i can find a job
what is the procedure to get a work permit for finland\

First to get a job..
and then apply for a resident permit based on that work..
But then here, Jobs are pretty hard to come by in the Telecommunications sector also.
Good area to have experience in, but then people with those experience are also getting laid off!!

How can you expect to get a residence permit without having a job first - its the employer in part that applies for the permit to hire you.

What do I need to set my home voip phone? Please give me the details? I want something inexpensive since I am never home. Therefore, vonage, which costs 20 bucks is not a option. I do want to have a local phone number.
