well actually they have, it is being discussed now to change the tv-maksu into an yle tax.they still haven't found out that it will cost much less and will be much more efficient if they put it in the (income) taxes.

So far I just paid the maksu and I would not like to see that bill anymore in any way, that means it will be put in the income tax.
