I can't find any source for fresh water, e.g. well or spring or any other point to where I can come with my bottle and get the water straight from the ground. Like, I am even willing to pay for this if it is someone's private well. All locals I asked say they don't know. PM me please.

Why do you want to get water from the ground? Why don´t you just get it from the tap?

Outdoor taps are probably turned off in winter anyway.
There is a rug cleaning place near our house in Espoo, but AFAIK the water doesn't get turned on until the middle of May. And I'm not sure if it is even drinking quality water.
