Yeah, in Finland it is rude to ask someone if he is allright, as you are implying something is wrong and that the person cannot mind himself... basically the rule is to mind your own business and give the person his space... usually an arm's length. (And we've gone through this all before - I did check the rules behind the "buying rounds" thing - it actually is illegal to sell more than one "serving" to a single person if you read the small print verbatim... but the Ministry of Prevention of Vice and Promotion of Virtue doesn't visit the pubs that often
