Any British ex-pats with kids in Kotka?

I'm moving back to my hometown of Kotka soon after 7 years in Cornwall and would be keen to give my 18month old daughter to keep speaking English and interacting with other kids in Engligh.So if you know of any toddler groups etc. going in the Kotka area, any info would be much appreciated!

I'm an American in Kotka, but my daughter is much older than yours. I know a British ex-pat, but his daughter is older too. We have a Canadian friend whose daughter is about 2 1/2 who is being raised bilingual. If you send me a PM, I can ask him if he would be interested in play dates. There is an English päiväkoti/kindergarten as well, when that time comes.
