IOW, you are looking for a job?

What do you mean by internship? Are you a student? Your student counsellor should have a list of companies who take trainees on internships.

In my experience it is very rare that hotels/restaurants etc. pay a salary for students in training.

it is just training. ordinary internship.

This training is part of my studies. I was an exchange student here for this reason, my university in helsinki does not show any way to me or they don't have any suggestion.

Are you at a real university or a polytechnic? Polytechnics actually have work training periods, so they're a bit more prepared. But as it is obligatory the students go where they are taken.

my finnish school mates, get salary at their internship.

And I am at hospitality industry. According to Finnish labor law 80% of salary should be paid. but hotels do not obey the law.

And that 80% is for "harjoittelija" who is hired, you arent one you are "työhön tutustuja" who arent entitled to anything.

As onkko points out the difference, Some Schools Dont need to have paid training and so companies choose them instead of Actual Trainee programs where the School requires you to have paid internship.

Unfortunately i dont know to tell u names of hotels that u could go, but all over the world in hotels
as a trainee u are being paid per month, a friend of mine for example in Greece was paid 450 euros
per month. Maybe here they dont but sounds really strange to me.

He`s claiming to be a bona fide student in real university, still he`s seeking for an internship in a hotel? Sounds more like
these"universities" of applied "sciences".
