What's the best brand I find from the super market to clean something like this.

I tried Mr.Muscle, But still there are some hard parts left.

Nice... I use degreaser from LIDL and if its really nasty just regular dishwasher fluid (does magic for burnt-down steel kettles). Don't use abrasive anything, the enamel doesn't like it.

Combination of vinegar and baking soda. Let them rest there for an hour and wipe away.

And for future: wipe it away right away, all you need is a wet rag.

Indians who do a lot of grease cookin I've seen cover the top of the stove with aluminum foil...

All you need are 2 things:
1) Cilit Bang All purpose Cleaner/Degreaser/Disinfectant
after you take the oil and grease away..
then use
2) Universal Stone

Well the 3rd thing can be effective but very costly...
A KÄRCHER SV1902 Steam and vacuum cleaner costing only around €700/-

I use http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steel_wool .Does wonders. It´s abrasive though.
