How could I know if a company have been in YT Negotiation?

Hi all

Anyone knows where can I usually find information concerning if a certain company is under YT Negotiation or have been under YT Negotiation related with layoffs?

What does that help? Any company can be today or tomorrow in YT-negatiation. It is better when it has happened already so the changes might be smaller but no guarantee.
