Please help i am being Stalked

if i report this to the police will they really do anything? please does someone have any suggestions what i can do. is there any laws regarding personal properties?

Be reasonable. Knock on your neighbour's door and when she opens it connect with a straight left.
Once your sure she's unconscious, carry her home and tie her to a chair.
After a few hours work with a lead pipe, she'll talk.

oh yeah that has crossed my mind several times. unfortunately i cant break the law. but she is really getting into my nerves.

it might be possible, but still my bf car is parked in a closed parking place next to the spitting woman. kids never play there since its a private area. my car is parked beside a private road, an another thing is that other cars don't experience the same toucher has mine

The camera in the car is a pretty good idea, except, if the person tampering with you car notices it, they will take it. Always make sure you lock the car! The theft of your car registration is an incident that is reportable to the police.

of course i did report the theft since the registration papers were missing but now am just almost loosing control due the fact that somebody is playing with my car and drawing stuff.

Can you see the parking space from your home? Just wondering if would be possible to put a videocam/camera at your window,
one of those that activate only when there is movement around.

About the dick face drawing: would this detail help reveal its author, if it's likely man/woman, Finn/foreigner, young/adult, etc. ?

It may not have been a self-portrait. And that's assuming the differences are so obvious in the first place.

why don't you watch the car for a while. find the times when you're car is mostly messed with and watch the night before.

Or get a good friend to do it so that the neighbour won't know...(You know get them to park in their car and watch with binos coffee and donuts...get a black one and a white one so they feel like they're in some US cop interracial buddy movie. Make them have an argument about music.

Mr. T. has been called to jury duty in Chicago:

...apparently in the US you have to sit in the "selection pool" for awhile...Mr. T. has been there for a few days, but I guess the lawyers on both sides would veto him... probably the whole trial would be about what Mr. T. is likely to decide...

On the news this morning I was informed that Mr. T. still hadn't been selected...

...in Canada, well my part of Canada, if you're called for jury duty, you only have to show up twice , and if you're not selected they let you go for awhile...the first time I came up with an excuse...the second time, one trial was delayed or the issue was settled or whatever;, the second time I wasn't selected ...

As to the poster's issue, there's nothing much I can add....except, if you don't use your car very much, go park it somewhere else for a while and see if it all blows over...maybe they'll find someone else to harrass....

Collect the fingerprints and leave a print copy in the car (where the person is likely so see them) together with the information that if the misdeed is ever repeated you will report it to the police
