Where to advertise?

Hi

I would like to start a small IT company with friends, but where is the best place to advertise?
Target customers are small companies from 30-100 people.

Any idea? I would want to reach as much as possible of those target customer, but hope it's cost efficient.

Some professional rag like talouselämä maybe... theres also the engineer paper and then tietoviikko if you aim at the computer people

Trade publications?
Google is an obvious answer, also for b2b. Not just adwords, organic serps too.

Software or services?

Many times the money would be better spend in networking than in advertising, especially when talking about smaller companies. Also don't underestimate cold calling... and gdm if I get your call!
