female basketball team?

I'm moving to Helsinki from the UK in 2 weeks time. I am looking for a basketball team to play with. I've played "local league" in the UK for the last couple of years but did play for a National league div 2 team a while back when I had more time to train. I'd like to play for a team that plays competitive games but I don't want to train more the one (maybe twice) a week. Also (as of yet) I don't speak any finnish but if anyone knows of any ideal teams please let me know. thanks!

its good to the player that you could trained it more than one..as a coach you could do the best for the player..

There almost certainly is a team for you in Helsinki, I'd start by having a look round on the internet

It's even worth calling the local Helsinki men's teams if you can't find a lead from there, they may have women's teams and if not should point you in the right direction.
