The only way to do is take some photographs, show to the police and sue her.
The problem is that you can be sued because you didn't put any sign that you may take some photos. A criminal always have more rights you know

I already posted a link to Rikoslaki 24 luku 6 § and 7 §. It does not make any mention about publishing the pictures. If the car is parked on the side of a public street, this law may not apply, but the private yard area or the private parking lot of an apartment building might be protected by the law, unless you have a permission to install the camera from the owner of the premises and make it clear for all people entering the area that they’re being recorded (so they can make their own educated judgment on whether to enter the watched area or not.) It is also best to avoid pointing the camera in such way that it would unnecessarily catch the yard or windows of the neighboring house, balconies, doors, etc. And since we’re talking about recording and retaining timestamped pictures of people during their daily course of life, Henkilötietolaki may also apply.

It is unlikely that you’d get in trouble from this kind of thing if you’re only shooting your own car but it’s best to cover your back to the extent you can.

Edit: Here’s a news story about a Finnish man who was charged in the district court for having installed a video camera system recording the common stairwell of his apartment building. The recording was done via the peephole in the door to his apartment: the camera was located inside the apartment. His motivation for installing this surveillance system was being able to see who had been occasionally pounding his door and slipping anonymous notes to him through the mail slot, and the police only found out about the camera accidentally when they visited his apartment for another reason. The district court ordered that his camera equipment be confiscated to the state and the recorded data be deleted from the hard drive of his computer, but did not actually fine him for this because the “crime” was deemed petty.

My bad. I thought that when talking about taking photos we are not installing anything and as such there would be same rules as with any photographer: almost all photos are legal, unless published.

Scooter is good, you can always park inside your house when you get stalkers like mine.
