Anyone know where to rent a small workshop?!

I'm trying to find a small work shop/garage(not an office space) to rent, and get an idea of prices, but have no idea where to look. Can anyone help or have any suggestions?

If for car repair: There are Some places where you can take your car.
For other things, It really depends..
Only place I can think of is pretty far away in Fiskars village.
What do you plan to do in the workshop?
