One thing which I would like to get it clean:
"Emergency work
Work seen as emergency work is that done on the basis of an emergency call that causes the employee to come to work outside of his or her regular working hours. He/she shall be compensated extra by the wages for 1 hour."
Does it mean that he/she shall get only 1 hour extra from the total amount of hours, or does it mean that he/she has to get 100% pay for the working hours?
