I moving to Helsinki Area from June 2009 and I would be very happy to meet new friend particularly somebody who can speak finnish. He/she can be a finn or a foreigner. Welcome to finland. Seeming how most people speak finnish here I think you shouldn't have much trouble meeting someone that speaks finnish when you arrive ;) Just be active get out and talk to people. :thumbsup:
