Letter for speeding up the application process for visas

Hello friends,

my new resident permit is not ready although my old one is already not valid so I decided to write letter for speeding up the application process for residence permit.

Is there anyone that wrote this letter before? What should I do, what should I write and where should I give it exactly?

As long as the old permit was still valid when you put in the new application then you don't need to worry.

If you have the paper that says you have applied for a new resident permit, it will be fine.

But if you want to travel outside the country , I think you should have new resident permit.

Hi,
In imigration office they have a format for speed up request. You need to have valid reason for speed up request.
EG you are travelling some where and don't have return visa..either they will give you return visa or take your speed
up request.

yea, thats why I want exactly. I want to go to my home country for a week to see my family and to take my suits for job but i haven't got visa to return. So if they have format in immigration office, i will go, write and give it.

If you know that i can find this format in internet, share with me please.

there is no fixed format.

basically a formal/official letter explaining your situation and have to sound humble enough to admit you screwed up....bla bla...and ATTACH a copy of your flight (i presume you're flying) ticket and/or travel itinerary.

that should do it.....well, at least i know it worked.
