Moving service in Helsinki region

Hi friends,

I need a moving service in some days. I called one number and it is quite expensive (55 euros from Hel to Espoo)
Does anybody know any number with a cheaper price, please help me!!!!!!!!!! I really appreciate your help.
Last year I moved and the moving guy charged me only 30 euros but I lost his number already
