Any good/reliable ompelimo (sewing place) in Espoo?

Where to buy? Where can I find? How do I? Getting started.

I picked up my suit yesterday from Ompelimo Atelje Centinel in Leppävaara. She did a good job. I am really happy with it. The jacket was perfect and the pants could have been still a bit smaller but she said she had already took out about as much as she could with the pants still looking good. So with a belt they'll be fine and they are way better than before. And like I said, the jacket came out great and that's more important.

I asked her about the linings for leather jackets and she said she has done those many times. She said its really easy as long as the leather isn't super thick. She did good work for me so I guess I'd go back again if/when needed. She charged 85€ for the work for me but considering the work I guess its reasonable.

Not bad at all. OK, I guess I'm heading there on payday... just ripped the sleeve lining out of my mosquito panzer with a misguided thumbpoke...

They can reline leather jackets?

I never knew, well, didn't know it was a standard thing...I have an 'extra pocket' in mine that I put my keys in and then can't get out. :D

Any idea of what the cost is?

I have no idea. I just had the suit done. Give her a call and ask. When I went in was when I asked the price, she quoted 90€ and I got her to come down 5€ so try bargaining if you want ;)
