Good place in HEL to buy wide angle lense for DSLR?

Post by luckykitty » Mon Jun 08, 2009 8:34 pm

Hi,
I want to buy a wide angle camera lense for my Canon EF, about 10-20mm, sigma, canon, or tokina, etc.

First, anyone here selling this? You can PM me :).
Secondly, which store can I find it in? And I would like something in my budget, so second hand is ok.
Thanks
LK

http://www.verkkokauppa.com/
http://www.rajalacamera.fi
and the other that are not in Helsinki:

http://maitolaituri.tv/
Those are the main culprits that get first looks by me.

And I suggest that you see web shops from EU also. Rajala is sometimes competitive to them but ymmv.

With Sigma/Tamron/Tokina you should keep in mind, that they tend to make their objectives cheaper by making them mainly to crop (EF-S) cameras, not for FF (EF).

Hey thanks. I tried to register to the forum now, but it says it needs some VIP-code, (3 numbers) which I can't find anywhere, can you tell me where to find it? :S

Cheers!

I went to see that registration and that vip code reads in mighty big font on red background, like: "1) TÄRKEÄÄ: jätä alla olevat Käyttäjätiedot vielä tyhjäksi! 2) !!VIP-koodi on kolmeyheksänkaks (numeroina)!!" That code (kolme = 3 yheksän = 9 kaks = 2, duh ;-)) might change per registration attempt.

Oh haha thanks, no it stays the same all the time. It must be an attempt to keep out non-finnish readers because I totally missed that ;P thanks for pointing it out!
