Hello

I can't remember how it works. I know that I can get the info by sending an sms, but can't remember the text to write nor the phone number where to send it.
The reason is that a woman crashed into my car today and gave me false phone number and false name. Fortunately, I had the reflexe to note her plate number.
URGENT - How to find car owner name from the plate number

Merci!
I got the owner name

now rest to find his address and phonenumber. His wife actually bumped into my car. I wonder if I should call him straight then or report directly to the police?

You should have asked to see the car´s registration papers and insurance company. I think in this case i would go to the police. If you just phone her she is likely to deny everything.

I'm aware of it, but I was a bit shocked, and being 8 months pregnant doesn't help to keep the head clear under stress

Anyway, my husband actually called and it seems that it will be ok. They will file the details to their insurance on Monday and she didn't deny antyhing. She said that she was herself quite shock, and got worst when she realised my condition

I'd take it to the police. She tried to get out of it already by giving you a false name and number so what is the chance they are gonna try to lie their way out of it if you call them again. Go to the police and have them help you with it. Better safe than sorry. Good luck and keep us posted on what happens!

If you have kasko car insuranse (the volontary car insurance, on top of the mandatory), you can let your insurance company sort it out.

I found it strange too... why should you not drive while being both 8 and 9 months pregnant? Mowing the lawn at 8 months pregnant works good too, although I might not do that at 9 months...

what a strange question... you have an advantage with such a large stomach, you do not need to use your hands to hold the steering wheel straight so can use them for much better things like answering the phone, doing your make up, changing songs on your iPod and smoking your filterless Gitanes

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine.
