99599/99577 question

Post by Oombongo » Sat Jun 06, 2009 1:41 pm

Hi,

So I was trying to call abroad from ym cell using 99577 and 99599 services. However, I got the recorded message "The number you dialled can't be reached" and yada yada yada..Could you please tell me what mistake I am making?

I used the following format:
Say: country code is 66, number is 1234567
so I used this format: 99599661234567 and 99577661234567

I wonder what am I doing wrong... :beamer:

Then call cubio and tell them the problem. I use 99577 since is cheaper but rarely i experience the same problem. But sometimes it connects to a diff country rather than the one i tended to call.
If you wish to convince people of something, it is more useful to be entertaining than to be right

Do you get this message after you hear the charge per minute or even before ?

If you hear that after the charge per minute is heard, that might be a network problem in the receiving end

or the phone you are trying to call is switched off if it's a mobile.

Cubio is behind the problem because they want users to use their facility :)
Any recommendations? Saunalahti, Sonera?

Saunalahti!

I dont think Saunalahti will disturb you at all. I have their nettipuhelin and I use it to call here in Finland when Im going to be on the phone for long hours and to call Saunalahti/Elisa/Kolumbus mobile phones {0.00/min}. This same service has also been useful for me when I receive and call international from my phone :D
