Portable Internet for Laptops

Hello guys,

may you show me the prices of portable internet? I want something fast, these portable internets provide until which speed and what are the prices? I checked Elisa's website but couldnt find anything.

what firms do you provide it additionally?

that was what i need. Elisa seems the cheapest. I will use 5 mbit i think :) what about uploads? they are also same speed?

Most likely not.

And remember, what they claim to be the speed is in reality maximum possible speed.
And it only is achievable in areas with 3G network, which means that in most of areas you may visit, you are limited to much reduced rates.

ahhh, thats bad. I will live at Hakaniemi and I think the connection won't be so bad there:)

so it is not really healthy connection.

at Elisa's website, there is also elisa broadband instant internet connection. If we have elisa's cable tv connection, we can get this internet. it is also like 3g without registering and portable? or it is standard cable net?

If you want portable, its 3G or @450 (and I'm not sure about portability of latter, but at least it don't need wires..). Problem with 3G is that it was and is pimped so hard that there weren't really any hope that networks would keep up and push the needed bitrates to all users.

actually what I search is quick connection internet. i will stay 2 months at hakaniemi and at flat there is no internet. so i need to find a way to connect internet from there. unfortunately, 3g has bad or volatile performance.
