Just wondered if anyone has a link to a Finnish baby names site, Time is drawing near, still nothing decided.
Or have you any suggestions ?
Must be easy to say in Finnish, English and Polish.
First girl was called Inka.

Elli it is,

Maybe Annika as a second name.
After all the online searching Elli is the name of a cat we had as kids, works in Finnish and Polish, and the English can`t pronounce foreign names anyway..

It was interesting/fun reading in the Väestörekisterikeskus link about the laws on naming.

Why don't they just come up with an ISO standard for Finnish names while they're at it? Standardize the number of letters and all that, too.
As he persisted, I was obliged to tootle him gently at first and then, seeing no improvement, to trumpet him vigorously with my horn.
