İ have questions about run self employer business in FİNLAND..when move to Helsinki which office can i aplyy for resident permit as self employer...there s two office i read one is employer office for wrote business ideas...but when İ move finland İ have to go first police station for aplyy resident permit as self employer or after take agrement from employer office ...that s İ dont understand...who non eu citizenship first have to go police station for resident permit as self employer aplyy one year resident pemit and proof finans mean ın bank account and adress where live ?can same one help me

Basically, you need to get the business plan approved by the MOL office, and then if that is a positive then you apply for a residence permit with all the other papers. But if you are non-EU you need to apply from your home country.
