need help about the decoration of a new shop.

Hello all.

I plan to rent a place about 60m2. Inside a mall the location is empty. I have to paint a new wall. I need to make glass shelves ( to display bags, shoes etc) and add some light inside a shop. I would also need to make the name of the shop ( beautiful sign name above the entrance to the shop ). Do you know any good contact for the construction company? or Do you know how it goes in Finland? i do not have a big budget for decoration. Please help because I do not speak Finnish that good.
