Carpackage until middle of august is around 90€. There is no such thing as cheap parking in Stockholm

but we usually go to the Shell gasstation near the harbour and park the car there ( it's free for 2 hours I believe) and to fill up gas. That Shell will give you 1.3:1 when paying with € instead of charging you 1:1 as the others when refuelling during the journey in Sweden.
On the way home to Helsinki, we park the car at the Viking queing line and grab a cab to city center. The fare cost around 40 SEK compared to around 1€/10 min in the city center parking spots.

Until what time the parking machines are working? In Helsinki, in some central areas you can park the car with no fee after 19:00, what about there?

I believe the P-automats operates with the same timelimits as Helsinki.
Just remember that most hotels reimburse your P-ticket if I am not mistaken.

If you stay at a hotel and park nearby, most will reimburse as a courtesy.

That's nice to hear...I guess I will see when I will arrive there

One other thing, how long was your trip from Stockholm to Denmark?

Straight from the ferry in Stockholm to Copenhagen is around 650km. Duration of journey with moderate speed and starting from 20:00 will take you to Copenhagen at 02:00.

I will take the morning ferry to Stockholm. Sleep there 1 night and leave in the morning to Denmark. I will then stop in Odense.

If you sleep aboard the ferry, you can be hardcore and go straight for Odense. Lots of 24H gas stations with food and Red Bull underway.
Just beware when you drive around in Stockholm city center, those damn swedes walk all over the place, crossing the streets like they own the world. Gawd I hate that city.
We just got back from Odense 2 weeks ago and they still walk out in front of your car in Stockholm. I still hate that city.

That wouldn't be impossible but I will sleep there one night, walk around the city center, relax shortly

Thanks for the tip with the crossings, I will watch the swedes
