Find skilled entrepreneurs?

We are struggling to find a great Finish entrepreneur. Any idea where to search?

We are a very successful young internet company in the online ordering segment looking for a great entrepreneur that can build up our business in Finland. Business and concept has had tremendous success in Sweden but also abroad.

The person should be able to act as a CEO for Finland and handle the responsibility of building a small organization of sales people, costumer support, a marketing expert and an administrator. Apart from that he should have the following qualities:

• Native Finish
• Between 24-40 years
• Self motivated and hard worker
• Excellent business sense
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
• Sales skills
• Very reliable
• Fluent in English or Swedish
• Advantage if he already has experience in started a company

I know one who is 41 but has probably too much live experience and will soon die

So us foreigners should help you in hiring a Finnish person who mostly are reluctant to give us a job because we do not speak fluent Finnish in a couple of years. And how succesfull is your company if you do not even know the ways to find a Finnish CEO

As onkko said, sounds rather dodgy if you're a "successful internet company" with a gmail address. Anyhow, put an add up on http://www.arcticindex.com/, that's the right address for such a request.

Plus, its illegal to set age requirements on job adverts, the same way its illegal to ask for a photo.

Unless you'd rather hide your intentions from possible competitors. Using an email@company is a sure give way...

I guess you could try the hanken (if you´re looking for one with swedish skills) and HKKK job vacancy listings for students. At least hanken has one online.

Now If they are a Hanken MBA; why would they look at a company like this ?
