about the acceptance of study place.

Can anyone make me clear about the acceptance of study place in a year. For example if a student was accepted as a full time student in 2008-09 and is again accepted as a part time student at a UAS , can he be studying in both places. Please make me clear because the information about it was not clear for me from this web site. https://www.admissions.fi/vierashaku/am ... 7738;59281, the second sentence of the second paragraph seems confusing.

From what I understand, you have to be a full-time student to attend UAS. I'm not sure if it is different for Finnish degree programs.

The rule pretty much states that if you accept a placement for this fall, you cannot accept another placement (even for a different degree program) for the winter session. Once you accept a placement and you do not want it, you have to wait another year to apply and be admitted into that program. It makes sure that everyone who did not get a placement has a fair chance at an education.
