Free sand?

Anywone know a of a sand pit or something in the Espoo - Kirkkonummi area where people can just take a bit for free? I don't need anything high quality but I haven't even looked into what it would cost from a hardware store or some where. I don't even need that much, just a few buckets for example.

BTW - Kirkkonummi K-rauta has bad service, employees that don't care and just wanna go home, nothing in stock, and a kauppias who is just like his employees. I'd write more but its a LOOOOONG story. I just figured I would warn everyone else from making the same mistake by going there

Try Varuboden (Rautakauppa). Depends on what fine-ness of sand you want ( 0-2mm, 3-10 etc or small stone-like sand used during winter)...
Bags of 25Kg are around 5-10 Euros ( But way less and are usually on sale).
BTW; IF you are in Kirkkonummi, I have some tips to save some money at the Rauttakauppa..

The varuboden rautakappa from my experience is more expensive than the k-rauta. But for some small things they are gonna get my business more than k-rauta. Let me know the tips you have to save money. I am always willing to hear those!

Not for small things ..
The thing there is that Rauttakeskus will give you discounts upto 15% on certain items ( I got a 11% on nails and stuff )..
when you open a "Tili" there (Account)..
you also get your S-bonus on top of that..
So This beats K-Rauta anyday!!!

Go to Biltema, you can get bags of high quality sand for not much money at all!

Beach? far point of beach losing few buckets of sand wont hurt so much. Of course you have to steal it in night
