photograph printing in Helsinki

Post by interleukin » Mon Jul 20, 2009 12:38 pm

Hi all,
am looking to get printed on photo paper some photographs from a digital camera. Ca 70 to 100 photos, normal photograph size. Have done this before, but not in Finland. Does anyone have some tips on a good company at which to get this done? Ideally, it would be something like uploading the pics to their server, and they send the pics back in the post. As cheap as possible of course, but willing to pay for ok quality.
Or is it better to do it at e.g. Prisma? Has anyone tried in-store services like that? Do you come back two days later and pick up the pictures or are they sent to you?
I put "in Helsinki" in the subject line but if it is an online thing it does not of course matter where the company is.

Well, any tips are appreciated,

interleukin

Thanks for that link. They even have a blue/yellow flag that one can click if one is Finnish-challenged like me :)
Plus I don't have to download anything to make the order, this is always a good thing as I am not a follower of the Gates faith.

I send my 35mm there, too bad they don't do B&W... but scanned shots have come out good even from old 1920's stamp-sized photos.
