The first is to call to police and ask about to change of my visa . Then, how I can obtain the Kela ( social security)? I have to wait first for the police change my visa for obtain the Kela ? . and finally What other benefits I can obtain changing my visa type ?

(It is a residence permit not a 'visa')
So you had a student permit aand married a citizen(?)
Read the instructions:
http://www.migri.fi/netcomm/content.asp ... ,2491,2496
Fill out the OLE1 and OLE2 forms as instructed.
Submit the application at the local police station (if you live in Helsinki, in Malmi)

*After* you have the new permit (this may take considerable time) you can then go to Kela office.

Interesting how they may not know a word of Finnish, but they all know that most important of words - KELA -. Does anyone ever explain to these people that TAXES pay the benefits. Not a little treasure chest located in the main KELA office?

Funny, but interestingly enough, the mothers of those kind of families always pretty much look the same. Don't know why.

KELA has the requirements and what papers they want - in some cases your status but also "intent" counts as well as your work history etc.. So if you file the application, they'll boomerang it wanting more information or on a certain requirement - after which you can file additional information. Of course it is easier if you file "all the papers" they want at once - but knowing KELA...
