Looking for a part-time work in Turku

Post by Nikki81 » Wed Aug 05, 2009 6:42 pm

Hi,

I'm 27 years old female student and I'm looking for a part-time job in Turku (near center or Nättinummi) to finance my living expences. I'm interested in cleaning, nannying, ironing, teaching drawing or painting and eastern restaurant works.
I speak only very little finnish but I'm fluent in english.

If you are interested, please contact me on my email address

nikki81@suomi24.fi

Thank you,

Nikki

Have you tried the ships yet? Viking Lines and Silja Lines employ quite a lot of (international) students cleaning the cabins 2x day, in total it's about 3 hours work a day I hear. I don't know what they pay though, haven't worked there myself, but you could give a try and ask e.g. the people at the Viking Lines office in Hansa Kortteli.. I think they recruit loads of their cleaners also from temp agencies, I think I heard "staffpoint" is one of them, you could try applying there too if you haven't already..

and of course there's http://www.mol.fi/paikat, but I guess you know that.

anyway, good luck.
