I was wondering if anyone in Finland could help me with the words to an old Finnish Lullaby. My Grandmother was born in Finland and sang a lullaby to my mother as a child, who then sang it to me as a child. I have asked my Grandmother to write down the words, but she can't remember them.
In English, the first line sounds something like this:
"B-you, bow. Kehto helada. Yo-lo sisi a donna duli bow."
I know this is a shot in the dark, but I would love to sing the correct words to my daughter. It has a beautiful melody. Thanks!

I tried the google translate, but it is a VERY rough translation... Finnish is not a simple language, you know!!! I've since heard that an American Finn named Stephen Paulus wrote an English version of Pium Paum, but I'm not sure if his translation is true to the original. I'm still looking for a good translation, if one is out there. Kiitos!
