Long term rent / lease of car in Tampere

Hi,

I live in Tampere and would like to get a car, but to be honest I would like to avoid all the hassle associated with negotiation, purchase, tax etc. etc.

With that in mind, I thought a good option might be to rent or lease a car long term (for a year or two years or whatever).

If anyone has any knowledge or experience of this, especially dealing in English, I would be very grateful!

Why not directly contact those car rental companies, for instance Hertz (http://www.hertz.fi) or sixt (http://www.sixt.fi/)?

banks offer this, well Nordea do.

Also ALD.fi is the largest leasing company

I was about to post that rental companies are too short term, but Hertz seem to offer a 'mini-lease' so I have emailed them for more details. Thankyou!

Nordea offer car leasing? I actually have a bank account there but can't see anything on their site beyond car loans? Can you point me at the right place? If not and you are sure I can contact them directly! Thanks !

I leased a Fiat from the dealer in Tampere. I'm sure any other make would also lease cars. I chose Fiat because they had a good offer at the time I needed a car, and I wasn't much bothered what car I got. Just contact some dealers and ask what they suggest.
