From Sonera to Saunalahti?

Hello there,

I got a Sonera Prepaid but I was told afterwards that Sonera doesn't work in terms of the laundry service in HOAS flats, but that Saunalahti does and that it's much better than Sonera. Does anybody know whether it's possible or how to get transferred from Sonera to Saunalahti without changing your phone number, and how to transfer the credits from one card to another? I checked out saunalahti.fi but it's all in finnish, so I couldn't find any information as to where the Saunalahti shops are located in Helsinki so that I could go and ask them. Anyone?

These might be bad news: a friend had to change her number because they would not allow her to keep her prepaid one.
I don't know if that applies to Sonera or to new numbers - I believe her prepaid number was years old.

There's a Saunalahti shop in Lasipalatsi, across from Sokos.

I believe this is a general problem with the prepaid numbers, you can not change them. It is the downside of getting the low-cost option of prepaid cards. I had a prepaid card with Saunalahti and it expired (long story) and was inactivated. So to get it going again I would have had to change my number even if I stayed with Saunalahti.

Bad news is you can not keep pre-paid number when you change the operator.
