TWO questions: Selling a car + Work permit

I have two questions and hope to get good answers as I've noticed by reading different threads that people here are not arguing with each other too much and then drifting from the main topic like many other forums. My questions are

1- I want to sell my car and hopefully shall find a buyer sooner or later, but I don't have any idea about paper work. There are 2 papers which I've got at the moment. One is Ilmoitusosa and other is luovutuskirja from AKE. I have insurance from IF. So which papers I need to fill? One the former paper there is a place for buyer's insurance company? What to write there? Anyway please guide me.

2- I have Finnish work permit and I was just wondering if I can work in other Nordic or Euorpean countries? My idea was to work acouple of months at some winter holiday resort in Northern Norway

Well you basically need to sign over the part saying "ilmoitusosa" when you sell the car and the rest is the buyers headache. Though you need to get them to sign a "luovutustodistus" in case you sell the car to someone stupid who doesn't know the paperwork either as the car is yours and you pay taxes and insurance and parking tickets until the new buyer is the owner - which happens in the computer. So I'd do the transfer only at an inspection station and make sure the person registers the car into their name right then and there - even its a 7 day grace period.
