Well, i want to study in Finland and get Bachelor degree with instructions in English (JAMK UAS or something like that, Degree in Nursing or Physeotherapy)... Then probably learn finnish and get Master Degree. But there is one problem.
At the moment I go to school and i will get my Upper Secondary School leaving certificate only in the beggining of June 2010. As i want to apply for autumn semester 2010 i need to send all my documents from 11 Januar to 12 Februar 2010... How can i do that??? I just don't want to lose the hole year or even half of the year... I've sent letter to Admission Office of JAMK but still no reply.
I am a citizen of EU state and have only EILTS certificate (6.5). Maybe there is a possibility to solve my problem =).
PS. Sorry if this question was asked somewhere else.
PSS. To apply UAS in only to pass entrance exams and send my Upper Secondary School Certificate?

''UAS only accept final certificates awarded by national and regional bodies granting educational certificates. Therefore various other documents such as "Testimonials", "Statements of Results", "Examination Results" or "Result Slips" are not considered as official certificates''.
Well, it looks like that's how it is! I think if there were some exceptions they would say about it. They inform straight that it must be final certificate...
And about losing a year...who said you have to lose it? Haven't you heard that gap year is pretty fun thing 
? In AMK's english language programs, most of people are in their 20s, 21s or even much older! There's not too many guys straight from high school

Recently i've found this:
EU/EEA citizens are able to apply even if the degree certificate is completed during the spring of applying. The admission of such EU/EEA –applicant is conditional until the polytechnic/UAS has checked the applicant’s final degree certificates.
SO i guess that i can apply even with out High school sertificate. Then when Spring finishes??? Maybe the begining of June is still spring
