well, if you look at the *origins* of Finnish punk...

and thats monroe & mccoy off the Hanoi Rocks fame playing there as well

but they're still your 1970's teddy boys

and... umm... those 1980's duck mullets ain't that punk

and these blokes look more of a heavy band

of course you had a bit "spiked up" in the 1990's

but back in the 80's the more you looked as punk the more you sounded poof

and the less you looked radical, the more your music was

now you figure out *my* age

omg this has taken quite the turn (what the heck is that guy doing to the skull? ...nevermind don't answer that..lol..

http://shopapparel.lacoste.com/b/Whats- ... 011/page/1 lascoste shoes have become popular. I confused my poor husband because he didn't know that Lacoste had separated from Izod.
http://www.6pm.com/n/p/p/7342641/c/9.html and I had forgotten about Le Tigre, but I actually found it at Penney's today. so it must be also attempting a resurgence.

My 19 yr old son likes these track jackets. I like the price difference to the Lacoste version.

Pursuivant, I love Indy movies (the last one was a bit of a bore) bore I don't remember that. It could be that I am getting old and forgetful..hehehe Batman (not the animated version) the movie wasn't too bad this time.

Tummansinnen -Thank you, I had forgotten how popular those hemp necklaces were to twelve year olds. DVDs won't work due to the different continents or zones. Hopefully their mother gets back to me about sizing soon. I am thinking about a thermal shirt with the stones logo on it.

ImageImage This is what I ended up buying the boys. I would have bought shoes, but I did not get a response back yet as far as sizing.

Le tigre jackets that I saw. I had forgotten about them in the 70's Image

When dealing with consoles one must be acutely aware of possible region sensitivity.

Nintendo DS, PS3 and PSP games for example are often region free, meaning you can buy game from USA and play it in Europe with no problems. Notice, USUALLY. It is possible some are region locked, more of PC guy myself.

Nintendo Wii games for example are commonly region locked. Meaning stock Wii-console from Europe or USA cannot play games from other region.

This could lead to great deal of tears and sorrow if cool gift from across the pond ends up not running.
Just a warning or everyone sending gifts across regions.
