what kind of job are legal for 16 year old in finland and where can i find them...i just arrived to finland about 9 months ago and i really wanna work as part time job,so can anybody help me by adding some details about it... and every people whom i asked this question were talking something about work permit or something but i wasnt able to understand them so what exactly it is???????

Your right to work depends on your present residence permit. You have a residence permit of a student or family member?
