Hey , I'm looking for a business partner. Well actually I have 2 business plan (BP) that have been ready and discuss it with helsinki Entreprise. But I still afraid to start it alone , with some reasons. I live at here about 6 years.
To minimize the risks , I would like to do it with some partner. I prefer local finnish people because my finnish language isn't fluent, just average, sometime still difficult to understand and talk. But if you're not a Finn, then its not big problem too, maybe we can talk more about how to handle about the language problem for customers.
The person that I'm looking for are some body that ready to invest (can be fifty-fifty, or less or more...) and work together to handle this business, so we don't need to hire worker to minimize budget. My first BP is resto and lounge (special etnic food from asia).
and one another Business Plan is Fashion business (import good from asia too). I have been made a deal with manufacturing where their product is guaranted quality and have famous brand, and from my survey it will be accepted for finnish market.

Yes , I have it, and i put it in Business plan , how much budget(investation), calculation propit and loss, insurances, taxes, book keeper.., strategy marketing....etc. And from business plan you can see detail about this project.
