WHOOPEE, the EU has found that Finland was illegally taxing importation of vehicles from eu countries, REEESULT PEOPLE v CARTEL. 1,0.

Its just the VAT added on the tax that was deemed illegal. whooppee-effin-big-deal

That was already decided in March

The news today was that the Finnish tax administration will return VAT collected on used car imports between 2006-2009 this December

Which is all a bit annoying as we imported a car in September '05... a few months later and we'd have been getting a nice Christmas present :x
