Norarize a marriage certificate

Hi

We held a marriage certificate (married in Finland), does anyone know how long will it take to notarize it?
We need to use it abroad...

When you request one from the civil registry, doesn't it come with a little purple seal on it?

Or is that old school?

Check also that the Finnish certificate has all the information that are needed abroad.
E.g. some countries require that certificate states date and place of marriage and...
sex of the married couple (as they allow only heterosexual marriages), and basic
Finnish certificate doesn't have that.
