Michael Jackson,(rest in peace)

Post by brengun » Sat Oct 17, 2009 11:03 am

ok, just took a look at the blog after MJ,s death. Its quite abysmal and depressing to see how many "clever" people,( adults ,one presumes, ) made all those pathetic comments, .so much for depth and compassion, and the question is , is this really where your minds are at? Take a look at MJ,s immortal,Man in The Mirror. and weep , for youself.

Michael Jackson touched so many people during his life, especially children.

Something wicked this way comes."

Michael Jackson's family have received an official apology for all of the child abuse accusations he got while he was alive. They've done some DNA testing at Neverland and it turns out it was some black fella.
It is what it is, make of it what you will.

Anyone hear about the big scandal in Australia? A show called "Hey hey it's Saturday" did a couple of reunion shows (as the original has been long cancelled), and got a troup of people in blackface doing a Jackson 5 skit, then the guy who was supposed to be Michael comes out in whiteface..............

Problem was, Harry Connick Jr. was on the show that night, and, knowing the thing would go viral, and forseeing his cds being "Dixiechicked"in the States, he made quite a stink right there and then on the show, and kept saying "as an American I have to say" or "as an American I.........." to make sure the good folks back home would know he had no part in it and would continue to make him rich................................

Needless to say, he's not too popular in Oz at the minute, folks reckon he make a bit too much of it, but the population of Oz being 22mil, as opposed to 360 in the States, well, gotta sell those cds and downloads.................................

Ever thought that he might actually be sincere, honest, etc, as opposed to cynical ,negative and depressingly destructive,, ?

Yes, I did, but then the Aussies were rather quick to post old footage of him doing a skit as a black preacher using all the stereotypical mannerisms and modes of speech etc...............................

You're right - we shouldn't laugh at MJ...we should respect this man as he respected others...

"I think I'll cover the babies face as I hang the little bugger off a balcony...the paparazzi's photos could really cause him some emotional damage, the poor little fella!"

The man was a joke that people had either forgotten about entirely or remembered as a pathetic past-tense star.
Dying was the best career move he had made in ten years.

From my pov, MJ lost my respect (as human) the day he started to bleach himself.
