Can anybody recommend an Espoo electrician to fix iPod Doc?

Post by FinnBrit » Wed Oct 14, 2009 12:03 pm

Hi,

I turned on my iPod dock (Athena iVoice) and it gave a great puff noise and died. Does anybody know a good place to take it in Espoo to get somebody to have a (cheapish) look at it?

Thank you very much for any help!

Sounds like you need to buy a new one, or get it repaired under warranty if you are lucky to have receipt.

A 'great puff noise' sounds like internal damage and they are not made for repairing.
With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine.

also dont forget to contact your home insurance and see if it covers the damage albeit with your own risk payment..

Thank you both for your posts. We do have home insurance but the thing cost £70 to start with so it's not worth claiming. I played poker with some friends last night and won €70 (=€70-ish nowadays) so I must just reinvest that on a new one and save myself some hassle :)
