Hi,

you can find most of the answers by just searching, using the search feature top right of the screen... they have been answered many times before.

Good luck!

I assume that you have read this...Studying in Finland - ***** READ THIS FIRST *****

The answers to your b and e are a bit subjective (depends on your style of living) but my guess is over 1200 € total... and then there is the question for you..
"who looks after the kids while you study?"

Have you realy studied the link that I gave you?
This site includes all of the information that you need.
http://finland.cimo.fi/
See this....
One of the most visited services in Discover Finland is the International Study Programmes Database which gives information about study programmes taught in English in Finnish universities and polytechnics. There are almost 450 programmes available so far. You can search by field, by institution, by program or by level. From the programme descriptions you can continue to the institutions' web sites for more detailed information
The is a link " International Study Programmes" to all course with details of courses that will accept "qualified foreign applicants"

You mention Turku..I did a quick check of the two education establishments that qualify and provide courses for foreigners.
All of the courses appear to be full time..not two days a week.
But you can check the institutions' web sites for more detailed information.

Also day care centers do exist of course but:
1: They are not free of charge.
2: You need to find one where they handle your kids language..most (but not all) are only Finnish language.
3: You need to find one that can fit the hours when you are at your studies/lectures.
I dont live in Turku so I can not even guess if such places exists there.
