Is salary also linked to inflation/some index in some way?

I am not very familiar with the Finland laws.

Is the salary linked to inflation or some other index here in Finland? Such that every year regardless of anything the salary has to increase by some percentage however small?

I am talking about the private sector.

Well... umm... yes. Depends then how much as the union negotiation rounds are, though they make the union contracts for seversal years these days.
