If you do manage to bring any into this country, let me know!
The mangoes on sale here are completely inedible and they still charge an arm and a leg for them.

A quick search on Google suggests mango imports to European Union are subject to a so-called “entry price system”. This system sets a minimum price for imported fruit per species/category in order to prevent price dumping. If the minimum price is not met, a corresponding import duty is collected. The system is defined in EC 3223/94.

Additionally, you need to present certificates confirming the quality / non-toxicity of the imported produce as pertaining to the use of pesticides, etc. As you might imagine, there are all kinds of rules and regulations and forms to fill. Some links just to get you an idea:
In the end, you’d probably want to make a deal with some established Finnish fruit & vegetables importer/wholesaler...

Edit: I found this document titled “A survey of the market for Fruit and Vegetables in Denmark”. While Denmark is not Finland, it’s an EU country nonetheless, and the document should give you a pretty good overview of how fruit imports to the EU (and to the Nordic countries at large) work.

Watch out, knowing the EU they probably all have to be the dimensions of a standard tennis ball and be a precise colour and shape. Or they're EVIL MUTANT fruits.
