any yoga classes in english??

am looking for a yoga class in english at the weekends,in helsinki.does anyone know of one?seems to be hard to come by in english...

There's a big Ashtanga club that does English beginners courses:

I don't think they do regualr classes in English only in Finnish...but this is a foreign country and they use foreign talk.

I tried to find an English speaking class....usually I just go and do stuff in Finnish and most 'coaches' are happy to help you in English when needed but I wanted to do yoga in English. That's the only club I could find. Most techers are happy to help you in English.

You could investigate private classes....they're crazy expensive though for yoga.

Espoo työväenopisto organize joga classes in English. classes started in September are already full, but classes starting from January might be available.check this link and download the pink book on the right side. there you will find all the courses organized, including joga

For yoga in English in Helsinki I recommend Studio8, http://www.studio8.fi/
(the classes always happens in English if there is at least one foreigner, otherwise in Finnish)
Great teachers and nice atmosphere! They also have beginners' courses.

Gentle hathayoga is taught on Friday mornings at 9.30-11. The venue is Joogahuone, Hämeentie 19.
The teacher has done Donna Farhi´s teacher training in New Zealand.
