Hi all. So me and my ex girlfriend broke up last year and we agreed that i give her X euros per month. In the social services place they told us i should apply to Kela for help cos im unemployed.Thats good news cos i didnt know that.
But now im quite lost with Kela.
So my ex receive X euros per month. half of that comes straight from my account and half from Kela. Kela takes X/2 from my account in the beginning of the month and for the other X/2 i am in debt with Kela.
At the end of the month i can apply for Kela help and so far it has always been accepted so the debt is cancelled and more over they pay a part of the X/2 taken from my account. All i have to pay is Y. So basically Kela owes me back X/2 (taken from my account) - Y (money i really have to pay)= Z.
BUT this Z is always less than the X/2 the take me every beginning of the month + the other X/2 (debt to Kela not yet cancelleed). Again end of month i apply and we start again with the Z.
So now i received a letter saying that i dont owe anymore X/2 debts because the Z just went over the next month X/2.
BUT where im lost is what about the other X/2 (what they took from my account) - Y (what i have to pay anyway). Should i get this back too?
I understand it sound complicated cos it is. I dont want to use numbers for personal reasons.
Well if someone is going through the same process or has been i would be glad to ask him/her some questions in Mp
Ps. I went to Kela they are just reading the letter they sent me so not big help
